I have purchased several items from Brouk. The bags are beautiful and great for carry on. I did have some issues with the zippers, but the company responded immediately and rectified the issue. Highly recommend this company!!

I have 3 bags from Brouke and Co and this is nice but really cheap zipper. Not like the other bags. I don't understand why they put this zipper on this bag. First time I was going to use it
for traveling and the night before when I packed the zipper broke. I took it to a taylor shop to hav it fixed. The place that fixed it for me couldn't put the Brouke and Co tag back on the zipper so I'm missing that.

I recently bought an Alpha Duffel bag which I really love and was heartbroken to discover the zipper broken after using it only 3 times. The good news is that I reached out to the company to tell them what had happened and got an immediate response asking for proof of purchase and a photo of the broken zipper - both which I think were reasonable requests. I sent both and again in quick response time was told that a replacement bag is on the way.

I haven't received my replacement yet but have no doubt that i will get it shortly. Despite the disappointment in having a ruined zipper in such a short time,, the level of customer service and the rapid response time really made the difference for me. I will continue to be a Brouk and company customer. Thanks to Chan Ask for great customer service!

This is a very nice looking bag. I too had issues with the zipper and new bag was shipped out immediately. Fantastic customer service!
