Start a Return

To begin a return, email us at sales@broukandco.com with your order number and 

return details. Our team will guide you through the process. 

Easy Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. 

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition. 

• Please email sales@broukandco.com to start your return and include your 

order number so we can process your request quickly. 

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business 

days after we receive your return. 

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or sent in error. 

Exchanges

• Need a different color or style? We’re happy to exchange your item, subject to 

availability. 

• If the item isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund or store credit. 

Final Sale Items

Some items cannot be returned or refunded:

Personalized or customized items 

• Gift cards 

• Clearance or “final sale” products 

• Any orders purchased using a Discount Code are Final Sale and cannot be 

returned. 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery 

and include photos. We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no cost to you. 

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a 

damage or our mistake. 

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
