Most regular orders ship within 2 business days (M-F). When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive the email.
Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to update. Tracking information can be a little delayed, but we promise your package is en-route!
Once an order is placed, it can not be modified or canceled.
If you received an incorrect item please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of all item(s), your name, order number and which item(s) you are missing. We will send you a prepaid shipping envelope for you to return the incorrect item(s) and then send you the correct item(s). Original shipping & handling fees will not be refunded.
We issue store credit in a dollar amount equal to the cost of the merchandise returned (less shipping for international orders). To use your store credit, enter the code provided to you by one of our amazing customer service reps!
There may be a restriction that's causing your code not to work, so make sure to double check the fine print. Some codes are for first time customers only. Keep in mind that promo codes usually exclude already discounted items. Make sure the code hasn't already expired. Items are generally restocked within 6-8 weeks. Certain items will not return once they are sold out. If you wish to be notified upon the item's arrival email us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating which item you are interested in, color, size (if pertains), quantity. We will get back to you within 5-10 business days. Or subscrime to our email so that you can stay up to date on all thing Brouk and Co, we will notify whenever we release new product, bring a product back or get a popular style or color back in stock!
Sometimes USPS tracking information can be incorrect, and that happens. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it's best to check with your postman. It's possible your package was brought to a neighbor. If you can’t find your package after 3 business days of it saying “delivered” please reach out to us and we can resolve the issue.
Once we receive the returned merchandise we will ship out your exchange.

You will receive an email when we process your return for store credit or your exchange. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your package to arrive and our Returns Department to refund your original form of payment.
