Great Customer Service

I purchased the weekender bag for my son for Christmas. After two uses the bag ripped on the side and the zippers ripped off.

I sent pictures to customer service and rcvd a response within an hr that they would replace the bag and to keep the old one and donate it or toss it.

I rcvd the new bag in less then a week. The quick response made me think very highly of the company. Will order again.
