Zipper broke quickly and no response from Brouk

The zipper on this laptop case broke with a few months of use. I contacted Brouk but they had not provided any help because they couldn’t find my order. No local shop was willing to fix it because of the zipper type, and when I asked Brouk how to go about fixing it I received no response.
