Awful quality

I ordered the Carbon Fiber 500 chip set. On arrival:
1. The box itself was chipped in the lower left corner.
2. There was no dealer button.
3. The chip packets were dirty and mostly open
4. The wooden slots on the top tray were broken and the felt was ripped.

Really disappointing, will be requesting a refund.
