This bag is really beautiful, however after less then one year of normal use the stitching on the handles started to fray. The rest of the bag is in great shape, it is only the handles that are coming apart (which will probably make the bag useless in the not so distant future). Looking through the website this seems to be a problem with some of their other products. When I contacted the company, they told me that it was "normal wear and tear." It is not normal for a "quality" leather good to start to come apart so quickly (if at all).
